Social-first talent agency

Bridging the gap between social-first creators and life-changing brands

We partner with social-first creators who want to earn a living from their work. You get a management team for deals, contracts, content planning and delivery — so you can stay on camera.

As a full-service talent agency we represent a curated roster and help them build long-term partnerships. From campaign negotiation to content strategy, we support creators at every stage across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Every partnership is shaped from the start. We match creators and brands on audience fit, values and long-term potential — not vanity metrics. Explore the roster.

The roster

Talent brands can

actually brief

We live on the same apps as the people we represent. Relevance over follower count. If the audience is not there, we do not pretend it is.

Creators get a career that is run like a job. Brands get a shortlist they can say yes to.

What we do

A new era of talent management

Creators, brands and the roster sit on the same desk. We staff campaigns from people we already represent — so the brief and the talent have already met.

How we staff

Brief in.

talent out.

Three moves. No 40-name dump. You send the objective, the platforms, the timing and a budget band. We come back with people we already represent — and a plan you can actually say yes to.

Brand side and talent side share one owner. The shortlist is names with a reason, not a follower count. If the fit is wrong, we say so before anyone shoots.

01

Send the brief

Objective, platforms, timing and a budget band. That is enough to start.

02

We staff it

A shortlist from the roster, with why they fit — not a spreadsheet of followers.

03

It goes live

We run the work and report against the thing you actually asked for.

Working together

Two desks. One campaign.

Brand side and talent side share one owner. You do not brief a sales team that then has to go find the creator.

Brands

Send a brief we can staff

  • Objective, platforms, timing and a budget band — that’s enough to start.
  • You get a shortlist with why they fit, not a dump of names.
  • We run live work, then report against the thing you actually asked for.
Creators

Stay on camera. We run the rest.

  • We only take deals that match the channel. If it fights the feed, we pass.
  • You approve. We negotiate, paper it, and chase the money.
  • One owner for the relationship. No mystery inbox.

FAQ

Questions

You ask We answer

Creators

What does talent management actually include?

Brand partnerships, negotiation, contracts, calendar, content planning and collections — so the creator is not running a company from their notes app.

How can Creaton help grow my career?

We take the commercial work: deals, rates, usage and chasing payment. You keep creative control and a single person who owns the relationship.

Do I need a huge following to join?

No minimum. We look at consistency, audience quality, and whether we can sell the work. Vanity metrics without demand do not get a contract.

Will I still control my content?

Yes. We negotiate and produce around your voice. If a brief fights the channel, we do not take it.

How do you get paid, and what is the cut?

We invoice the brand, chase the money, and pay you on the terms in your contract. Commission sits on the deals we bring in — we do not take a slice of your organic revenue.

Can I still post my own work?

Yes. Management is for paid partnerships and the admin around them. Your channel stays yours, including the posts nobody briefed.

What if I already have a brand talking to me?

Forward it. We paper the deal, check usage, and make sure the rate matches the work. You should not be negotiating from your DMs.

How do I join the roster?

Send a creator enquiry on the contact page with your main handle and what you want off your plate. We reply within two working days either way.

Brands

How do brands brief you?

Send objective, platforms, timing and a budget band on the contact form. We come back with a shortlist and a plan, not a 40-name dump.

Which platforms do you work on?

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube first. If a campaign needs another channel, we say so up front.

How fast can a campaign go live?

A clean brief can be staffed in a few days because the talent is already on the books. Tight air dates need a budget band and usage locked early.

Can we book one creator, or do we need a roster?

One name is fine if they are the fit. Most briefs come back as a shortlist of two or three, with why each one works — you pick.

How do you measure the work?

Against the thing you asked for. Views if that was the brief. Clicks, codes or content delivered if that was the brief. We do not dress up the wrong metric.

Do you work outside the UK?

The roster is UK-based. Brands can sit anywhere. If the audience you need is not on our books, we say so before anyone shoots.

Academy

Who is Academy for?

Creators who are not ready for full management yet, but want the commercial side taught properly — rates, briefs, contracts and how a desk actually runs.

Does Academy lead to the roster?

Sometimes. Academy is not a back door. If the work is there after the programme, we talk management. If it is not, you still leave with a clearer desk.

Ready to brief?

Creators and brands land on the same desk. Tell us the objective — we reply within two working days.
